Disgusting customer service. Ordered a cookie cake for a birthday. Had the cheek to charge me 8 for a Saturday delivery then it didn’t even bother to turn up. No communication from them that it wasn’t going to turn up either. Emailed customer service and they said it’s in there T&Cs that they don’t have to deliver on the specified date and that I should have read them. Who reads T&Cs when buying a cookie. What a joke of a company.

so it was my sons 11th birthday and i ordered a cake for same day collection so its nice and fresh, i have used this cake service in the past and it is not the 1 st time they made a spelling error, last year they spelt my sons name wrong and this year they spelt BIRTHDAY wrong and missed out the H as you can see in this picture! My son is not happy as you can see and when i can i called up the shop they told me to bring the cake back which i couldnt as i was at the birthday party and the cake was given to the kids to go home. i could not bring the cake back considering its half way through the day of his birthday and it was when we started singing happy birthday everyone noticed the error and started laughing, this had a emotional impact and ruined my son special day
Used to be delicious cookies. Now inedible, small, thin, uneven and just don’t taste good. Either corners are being cut at this store or the recipes have changed. Will not be returning.
The cookies were lovely and reasonably priced. I found the menu a bit confusing, therefore finding it quite awkward trying to order. I could barely understand who was serving and they weren’t very friendly. There was quite a lot of choice in flavours and you could put any of those cookies into a cookie shake. Me and my friend enjoyed a fresh cookie and a cookie shake but there weren’t any seats supplied so we had to go sit elsewhere-which wasn’t too much hassle.

I was in Millies Cookies couple times, and never ever had any issues. Workers here are friendly and polite, can make the whole day sometimes. I love it.
