If you are getting work done through Mass Saves program this is the company you want doing work on your house. Had a bad experience with another insulation company through the mass save program, but had the work completed by McLaughlin and they were beyond good. Buddy and Nick were professional, explained what they would be doing and why they were different than the previous company we had used. The work was done on the day and time they said they would be here, the company communicated in advance and they completed on time. They went above and beyond and even fixed a few items the other company had done incorrectly. I am not the type of person to leave reviews so the fact that I am posting this is means that the work done by McLaughlin was professional, on time, courteous, and went above and beyond.

Fantastic and professional job done in our house. On budget and reliable. I think I have found my insulation contractor for all my future projects! Bottom line, they did what they said they would do and were reliable.
Not only did they work extremely hard but they were also very kind and hard working. They get the job done in a timely manner while also doing the work to perfection. 5/5! 100% recommend to anyone.
Came through and did GREAT JOB, got my whole basement sprayed in very good time, reasonably priced, and very professional. Would recommend.
These guys were awesome. I had a Mass Save audit and they recommended a bunch of insulation work. Mass Save assigned McLaughlin to the job. They contacted me and scheduled the work for the next day. They showed up on time, were very friendly and professional. They showed me the work order with the list of work they planned to complete. Then they completed they work. Then they showed me the completed work. Painless. They cleaned up what little mess they made, shook hands and were on their way. If I need insulation work in the future I will use them for sure, and I will recommend them to my friends.
