Horrible service! I had ordered a customized burger with no cheese, but it still came with double cheese, even though the small recipe paper showing NO CHEESE. The chicken nugget tastes weird. It tastes spicy and garlic which I have never had before. I did google this and it seems like spicy chicken nugget which has stopped serving since last year 2020.....willing why it’s still selling and even not what I ordered.

The staff are always friendly and the food is usually always accurate & good quality however the only downfall I usually always encounter when visiting this particular location is lengthy turn around times/longer than normal wait times when waiting to order as well as being served your food in both the drive thru and when eating in. Not very fast service/an in and out quickly place to visit if you are in a hurry or on a restricted time frame (if youre already running behind or taking a short lunch break)
I'm a bus driver for the city. Our route stops directly in front of this store as it has been for years. For years drivers have been going inside this location to order food and use the restrooms as we do not have restroom facilities at our layover. I stopped in today to order food and use the restroom as I have plenty of times. After I ordered, I asked if I could use the restrooms as they were blocked. I was told by the cashier no, I asked to speak to a manager. She told me know as well. I then asked if you can make an exception, I am in my uniform and my bus is parked outside. She refused again. I then asked for a refund and left. I understand not letting the general public use the restrooms, however bus driver, just like truck drivers, have to go where they can....especially women. They would rather take the time to issue me a refund then let me use the restroom and buy food. Never going back again!

Around 4 o'clock on a Saturday. Went into their filthy restroom to wash my hands before ordering. The floor is slippery with grease. The trash is overflowing. The inside of the white sinks are brown. Approached the child at the register to place my order. She did not speak. Rolled her eyes, leaned to her side and tapped her fingers on the counter while looking me dead in my eyes. Clearly I was not welcomed. So I didn't order. Customer service here is trash. Inside and in the drive thru.
