We have used the company twice. They are good professional in their job. I would suggest before visiting any broker do your homework WELL and have some rough figures on exactly what you intend to achieve. Also speak to people/family who have been in the same journey for advices and get to know the do and the don't.

I went through Masterplan financial services to get my mortgage. I have to say, I found the whole service excellent. The mortgage adviser that i saw was Deanne Smart. I was really happy that she was able to fix the appointment around my busy work schedule. I found Deanne really professional, she explained everything to me in uncomplicated way. The whole process was very easy and she made it stress free. I was able to contact her easily when needed. I would highly recommended Masterplan to anyone wanting good, efficient financial advice.
Couldn't recommend highly enough, Jon and the team did an amazing job turning around what was almost an impossible situation on my recent mortgage application. Totally professional, in-depth knowledge, great communicators and friendly. We chosen Masterplan Financial Service after being let down by different mortgage advisor. Fortunately we have been assign to Deanne Smart. We found Deanne to be very knowledgeable and approachable. She were informative, transparent, thorough and explained clearly and simply whole process. We could not wish for more friendly and supportive mortgage advisor. Please avoid visiting MasterplanFS for mortgage advisory service . I went there for the same during last month as recommended by the real estate agent whom I am purchasing my property in Reading , They could do anything but wasting 2 weeks of my time and changed 245 as professional service fee . My contact point was Deanne Smart who were struggling for 2 weeks to get mortgage offer for me which I could managed in 4 days when I realized their incompetency and went to HSBC bank with my documents . Surprisingly,she discouraged me to apply to HSBC when we were discuss on this initially . HSBC turned out to be the best compared to any banks/societies she was proposing to me . What I have realize is , she proposes the bank/society which gives her more commission for arranging a customer for mortgage and doesn't look at where customer will be benefited . In my case she didn't even arrange the same even in 2 weeks which I have already mentioned . Now , when I have asked for returning the fee 245 , Deanne is referring to her manager who would be responding to my query on this . I am surprised to hear this as she only dealt with is and why her manager would be responding to me ??? I will post again on the thread whether I am getting the fee returned to my account or not . **** raised the rating from 1 to 3 as I have received the amount 245 back . But, honestly , they need to work on their efficiency
