Highly recommend the staff and products in the Reading store. As soon as I walked in staff were polite, friendly and approachable. I emailed before I visited and communication was swift and very helpful. I visited the store as I wanted to trade in an old lens for a newer one. Special mention to Adrian who was able to answer any questions I had and he was very knowledgeable. As I’m not an expert with the technical aspects of photography, just the creative side, he was able to explain it in a way I could easily understand, really appreciated that. Highly recommend a visit to the store and dealing with the staff online , thank you.
