A very reliable company, polite and excellent attention to detail. As well as sweeping our chimneys for years they have also installed a wood burning stove which has transformed the house. K Locks advice and workmanship is outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

Take note of BAD REVIEWS. Terrible, terrible service. Booked a sweep of chimney and they never turned up. When I called to chase up 40minutes after the time that job should have started at, an elderly and confused woman couldn't tell me what was going on. I called the mobile number on website and spoke to a man who was very rude and said he only does the job, and it was nothing to do with him - he then put phone down on me. Elderly woman called me back to say her husband was on the way at which point I said I want nothing to do with them and she said 'go to hell'. Astonishing! What a terrible company. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
phoned this company about installing wood burning stove for me the person who answered said basically no chance this side of xmas call me after xmas and hung up on me . i will not be thats for sure
had a bird guard fitted by lock's. arrived on time, job completed, no problems. great service all round
