Amazing place for bird lovers like me

I have never got an animal from this store but the times I have been in there and that's a lot the animals have always looked comfortable and well looked after the staff are friendly and welcoming and give from what I found out today good advice to pet owners from overhearing a conversation between a member of staff and a customer. I get my bird products from them and they are very well priced. Also have been in there many times and never spent a penny the first 12 or so times I went in there I had not spent anything they never asked me to leave they talk to me and my girlfriend and was very nice told us about there shop birds and how they got them and in some case rescued them. We now have our own birds and get all our supplies from there and toys they have even said when the birds are ready we can take them in for a little play date while we have a coffee in the cafe below the pet shop.
Great range of products for your pet. Staff really helpful.. Which is a rareaty these days. Plus the only place they sell my westies fave treats..

Disgusting ! Got sold a bird that was clearly not well called the shop 6 x regarding her not being well and not right and was told all different things it could be including the mault stress of moving etc . Been to the vets which they said she is egg bound but could not guarentee unless I spent 100 on a X-ray spent money in medication this has now been going in for nearly 4 weeks and the vet wants a further 80 for another consultation and euthanasia the shop said they had a 72 hour policy which the day after I had her she didn’t look right and I called and was told it was stress of moving/Mault . I have had to buy another cage to seperate her from her mate very upset children and I am very upset with the shop does not actually care at all about the animals they sell and this has been going in since the day after I had her bad poos fluffed up always sleeping
Just bought budgie. Very clean shop, nice service. Parrots are bit to expensive but generally highly recommended shop- huge choice of products. Possibility to play and feed parrots is awesome.
The pet store does not awnser the phone, as I have been ringing them for 2 days to see if the results for a parrot had come through, and the DNA test takes 4 weeks as that's what they said, and now I have been waiting for 7 weeks
Good selection of pet goods, but a bit pricey. Same products much cheaper on-line!
