Enquired about a BMW 2 Series during lockdown and received a quick response stating they weren't open but would contact me ASAP - and they did. Matthew was with me throughout the process, booking in the test drive around my availability and was only happy to be flexible. Matthew was knowledgeable about the car even though he works for a Lexus dealership and if there was anything he was unsure of he was more than happy to find out that information for me. I never felt pressured to buy the car/any extras and felt comfortable in their showroom (being asked if I want a tea or coffee goes a long way!). Stellar customer service from all staff encountered at Lexus Reading - all very professional. I decided to buy the car after a full service, MOT and alloy was refurbed. Although I was originally told this wouldn't take longer than a week and a half, an unfortunate event happened on the road test prior to its MOT which meant the car had to have some work done. This was no fault of the driver or Lexus Reading, just one of those things! Matthew kept me up to date throughout this process and as a result delivered the car to my front door and filled the tank up with fuel as an apology. Would definitely recommend Lexus Reading; couldn't be happier with the car!
