Our beloved leather recliner had some serious arm and seat base damage that required replacing. Paul was amazing. His communications were swift and informative, he picked up the chair and returned it after repair, which only took 2 weeks. The result is nothing short of spectacular. The new leather is the same thickness and feel as the old and a perfect colour match. His stitching is perfect and the brass tacks that go up and down the front of each arm are more precisely nailed in than they were from new. The whole chair got a good cleaning and the mechanism has clearly been lubricated. We have been going back into our living room just to look at the chair. An old friend restored to its former glory. Cannot recommend Paul enough.

Fantastic service! Just picked up my BMW, both front seats completely repaired with new leather, and look fantastic. Rest of interior cleaned. A very professional job and a great personal service from Paul.

The reviews were excellent, so I emailed them. Quick reply, asking for pictures and contact details. Did that, but, sadly, no response at all, despite follow up email and a text to their mobile. Very disappointed. Paul has now been in touch with me. Will update this review again. Paul did get back to me, and I will be taking the car to his workshop, when the pandemic eases....
