An excellent outlet for almost all your electric lighting needs whether be inside or outside the premises. The three male staffs are helpful and knowledgeable but at time seemed always in a rush even when there’s no customer at the premises but just you. The location is well hidden on the Industrial site and the parking quite difficult if there are more than a couple of cars already parked in front. The interior of the showroom is well organised with a vivid display of lighting but entrance to the store needs attention. There’s a short stepped entrance just under the door and one could easily trip. Surprisingly there are no warning sign. The entrance hall before the showroom could do with some improvements.

Love this shop... over the years I have purchased several fittings ...and the staff are so very helpful ( I always dip into the free sweeties too!)

Well spent money. Gentlemen helped me a lot with making decision about downlights we bought. Well stocked store, whatever I asked for they had it. Overall I am happy. Definitely will be back
This shop has not moved on from the 70s. When calling for details of product they simply state they don't know, then tell us there is a 30% charge when returning a product that does not suit. The speed of providing information is terrible, 20 mins on phone to get a price and specification for two interior light units. At the end of it we still had no idea where the switch was on the light unit or if it was dimmable. After the call I spent 3 mins gathering the appropriate information from the manufacturers website, found a much better price and a company that does not charge for returns. I'm all for supporting local business but when the shop is so unwelcoming (been three times, none good) and the staff so reluctant to help I can't justify it.
