I love going to Kim’s yoga classes in her lovely studio. They really help to loosen me up and relax me. I always sleep better after class, and really notice if I’m not able to make a class. Would highly recommend.

Kim is a brilliant yoga teacher, genuinely kind and nice person. I love our weekly yoga classes, Reiki sessions and Sound baths,.. love it all
Kim is an intuitive yoga teacher ensuring that you can get in to each yoga move safely and get the most out of it. She has also practiced reiki ,reflexology and healing crystals, which helps me with my chronic hypertension and other cardio issues. I always have the best sleep after and feel relaxed and calm. I was a sceptic about how she could help me until I tried the sessions and am totally hooked.
I LOVE Hopi ear candles, having this treatment has helped with my balance and a blockage I once had inside of my ear. I recommend having this treatment done if you are suffering from earaches and headaches!
