I was given the wrong drink. I was asked to stand right next to another customer and not encouraged to socially distance. The staff were literally next to each other, with no social distancing at all. There was no control on how many customers where allowed in to the store. Ultimately I felt very uncomfortable and would not go there again.

Almost too efficient had prepared food before I was tagged as present... consequently not as hot as would have liked.
Not bad. Food served hot (ironically) every time I went. Only problem is one employee messes up orders and they never give receipts out, which sort of goes against the fact I joined the colonels club to get rewards.
Lovely staff. Always nice to customer and they like to go off their way to help
Quick service through the app and collection. Nicest KFC I have had in a while.
