Sat in a long line at the drive through and when I got to the order window, they where out of dark meat chicken. That's what I really wanted. I ended up getting wings because it was all they had left in dark meat. I wasn't very satisfied.

Food was ok but they don't mixs the sauces for the nashville chicken which made it greasy tasting
I ordered 30 fill up and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. Got all the way home to find out the sandwiches were missing. I had to drive all the way back there to get the sandwiches because they refused to answer their phone. I called 4 times, no answer. At least they owned up to the mistake.
My favourite thing to get here is the pot pie. The variety and big box meals can be good when you want a little bit of column A and column B or want to share with someone. The wait can be a bit long sometimes, though.
Very horrible service I ordered 1 pot pie and 2 famous bowls on DoorDash and got charged for the pot pie and instead they gave me 3 famous bowls. I tried calling them but they purposely don’t answer the phone. This place needs new staff or needs to be shut down. Very rude staff they could’ve left me a note or something in the bag at least to let me know if they didn’t have it or what not but no they just don’t care.
