First time at Kennet Surgery (as I usually go to Millman). Now both under same management. All seemed good to me. Staff friendly, got seen roughly on time. Only complaints 1) slightly tricky parking as no guaranteed 2 hour parking spots near surgery in residential area (probably no worse than Millman!). Ok so long as you can walk easily from wherever you park in the block. 2) building cramped and a bit run-down Would go again if Millman busy.

U need 35 to 45 minutes to que up on phone before some one speak to u . After the merge their whole system messed up. I moved my self out of this surgery!!!!

My son had an appointment this morning at 9.00 and wasn’t seen by the doctor until 11.20. Patients arriving after him were seen first. When he asked the receptionist why he isn’t been seen she said he arrived late, which wasn’t the case. The incompetent cow had obviously not logged him into the system and had the cheek to blame him

Bad reception, AWFUL DOCTORS, except Dr Ahmed. The rest of the doctors want to save money and not prescribe anything, or do referrals. They are rude, cheap and disorganised. All staff except Dr Ahmed and one receptionist.

Very very very bad service. Receptionist on phone does not talk to you in proper manner way, very rude and cruel manner to handle. Doctors are good enough to say but receptionist are very rude and they need to hire new front desk staff for better outcomes.
