Extremely happy with all the work carried out by Pete, Steve and Katie. From start to finish provided a friendly and professional service with good attention to detail. No hard selling, Pete even suggested refitting the patio doors which had been badly installed by a previous ogue trader\ when he could have suggested a new set........original patio doors work perfectly now. Would definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. Thanks.

We were looking to have our old inefficient double glazed windows replaced with something more up to date, changing the look of the house at the same time as well. Peter is brilliant. He's friendly, considerate, knowledgeable, punctual, professional, and really knows his stuff! He visited us several times and, over several weeks of deliberations, he answered all of our questions. He really gave us confidence that we were right to choose Jackdoor. I was particularly impressed with the way he measured the windows and sketched on a notepad. He understood *exactly* the kind of look were we hoping to create with the new windows, and they were even made and delivered early! Across the two fitting days, Peter and Steve didn't hang around. They were really efficient and friendly. They really went above and beyond, unscrewing and refitting the blinds, and cord cleats that were screwed to the frames. And Katie, the lady running the office, deserves a mention as well. She's very helpful and corteous. We really can't recommend this family owned business highly enough! :)

Pete and Steve came and replaced our very old windows and door and my house now looks wonderful. Both the men work as a really good team, really professional and totally trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.
