Very responsive to my request for help. I had ordered the wrong replacement tap in advance, so he helped me find the correct part, and came back & fitted when it arrived. Very helpful, and saved me money. Great job done.
I had an internal Hot water pipe leak which was caused issues with my water pressure, especially whilst taking a shower. I called Jake based on a recommendation. He was on time and once he found the issue it was resolved in no time!! Thanks Jake for the hard efforts and getting my Hot water system back up and running! Really cost effect especially during these unprecedented times! Will call again if any problems in the future. Highly appreciated and highly recommended!
