I live in Canal House Swindon and I honestly NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL to be customer of HOME GROUP. They suppose to support people with mental Health, but the staff are useless, lazy, don't care at all about us, and the same could I say for the Senior Customer Manager: useless at all. I can't sleep at all, because the pipes system are so so noisy, so every time a house mate turn on the sink, wake me up, It's a nightmare. The kitchen is full of garbage, being so unhealthy and attracting midges . ... And the staff DON'T DO NOTHING, son the Council is paying a lot of money to this people for us to live in hell. Hope someone read this complain and do something against this people
