I ordered a couple of sale items on vinyl recently that the store needed to order in. There was a delay in receiving those and Matt (the Manager) took time to check their stock in store. He reassured me the order was still active and promised to call me when the stock had arrived, which he duly did. That felt like personal customer service and not something I'd normally expect from any high street store, apart from maybe John Lewis. Thank you Matt for your help, it was a fairly easy thing to do but made a difference to me and was appreciated. This was an example of a high street store giving local, more personal service. Thank you, I'll recommend you to my friends!

A very well organised display and superbly managed store with great variety and bargains all round. It’s conveniently located on the ground floor of the famous Oracle Centre and offers great service from the helpful and knowledgeable staffs.

Great shop, the staff were great. Seems a bit tucked away compared to many other shops in the oracle but overall great quality products, well worth the visit.

Found some good vinyl for the collection today, not stuff I'd have expected in a mainstream store. Well equipped for covid precautions, friendly staff. Terrible background music as usual, but can't knock them for appealing to the masses I guess, or I was unlucky when I went in!

Hmv was OK, I didn't find everything I wanted, but then even i wasn't sure of what I wanted to buy. What surprised me is that a very small shopping bag costed 20p, it hardly fitted what I bought in it. A bigger plastic bag would be 40p... I know and I am all for saving the planet and avoiding g plastic bags, but that was a bit too much...
