Excellent store in the heart of Reading. The staff is very helpful and friendly! If you need anything at all, even just information on musical instruments, this is the place for you.
Great place & friendly staff , made a few purchases here going back years . Happy with my Yamaha portable piano .
William went above and beyond to help me source a first-time piano for our family home. He was very generous with his time and expertise and helped me make the right long-term decision. Hickies customer service is second to none and it's always nice to support a 4th generation local family business. 5 out of 5 stars from my side ️
I recently purchased a Player Series Telecaster from Hickies and had great help in deciding which guitar to get. Unfortunately we both overlooked a small crack in the lacquer behind the neck and I phoned up when I noticed at home. Duncan was great and reassured me they'd get it replaced as soon as the model was in stock - even let me keep the old one while they ordered it in. Picked up the new one today with no hassle. They couldn't have handled it better. Very happy, love the guitar.
