Tom turned up on time and at all times was polite, tidy and courteous. He installed a new outside tap, a new pressurised hot water cilinder and serviced my oil boiler. The oil boiler service was far more comprehensive than previous services have been. The quality of his job shows he is very perfectionist and works neatly. I'm extremely happy with the work that has been completed and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Tom installed a new completely new water system for me in an old house with an antiquated system - it was a complex job. He is by far the best plumber I have ever had. He is extremely competent, trustworthy professional always on time - he is a delight to have around the house. The results are fantastic and I have a water system that really works well. Tom did four jobs for me. What impressed me is his attention to detail. He is clearly experienced and I will be using him for any future plumbing and heating issues that I have.
