Very poor service. Candidates that don't turn up or go missing during the work. Poor communication, no response from staff and they do not keep you informed. Will no longer be using them as an agency.

I give 2 stars because... I have had quite abit of work from hays. Boring with nothing to do jobs such as commercial forklift driving jobs. But the last 6 months i phone up and i get told oh i got this job got this job... Not had any texts or even phonecalls in 6 months. Funny enough waiting for a phonecall today that i wont get. Guess ill just stop using hays.

Not impressed at all, sent my CV initially to a lady called Ella (who was helpful) she dealt with temp candidates so passed my information to Stacey, unfortunately I started to receive those automated emails with jobs that were not tailored to what I was looking for, understand that these are automated and were not coming directly from the agents, I did eventually get an email back from Stacey who advised she would be calling, I never received a call, really slack service, no interest at all and not an agency I would recommend or use, I signed up with a different one and the difference in service is vast, I sent my CV in the afternoon and the following morning I received a call, they spoke with me about what I am looking for, what I didn't want, all the usual that you would expect, that is how I expect an agency to be, not at all what I experienced with Hays.
