I have worked with Grundons for many years, supplying us bins for events at various scales. I cannot fault their operations and have always provided a great service. They have extensive knowledge in waste management and very experienced in suppling/working in events. Terrible- unbelievably bad service. I have been a customer for 3 years and am at the end of my tether. Examples of issues include: waste collector not showing, not bringing sharps or waste bags as requested, not collecting sharps or waste bags because the type of bin was not accurately written on the consignment. I have NEVER experienced such a level of disorganisation and blatant disregard for customer service. I have finally moved to another provider and should have done it sooner.
