I've never been to a Greggs before and thought I would try this branch for one of their much publicised vegan sausage rolls. Sadly they had none available and said it would be a 15 minute wait. They offered me a vegan steak bake instead. This would probably have been quite nice if it had been hot but it was barely lukewarm. Cool would be more accurate. It had obviously been sitting around for quite some time. Disappointing.

Popped in on Friday the 13th to get a vegan sausage roll to take away. When I got back to my car it was cold, under cooked and inedible. I have had good experiences at many other Greggs and am a fan but this was disgusting. I should have gone back to complain but I was in the middle of a busy day and lack of lunch just made a stressful day more miserable.
Really great customer service, staff are always positive and happy to help- one guy in particular today packed stuff I'd bought from ASDA into a Greggs bag for me, without anything even being said- really nice gesture.
Nice and cosy place, staff is very friendly and polite. Nice coffee :)
