Poor selection of clubs and accessories, unorganized clothing displays. There are also no lights on at the store, unnaturally dark when you go in. The PGA superstore in Peabody is much better.

Went there to have my clubs regripped, very helpful and said it would be a one day turn to get them back. Not bad
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST OF THE WORST THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TALKING TO YOU UNLESS YOUR OVER 40 TRYING TO BUY 1000 CLUBS PLACE SUCKS WILL NEVER GO BACK THEY SHOULD ALL BE FIRED
Terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and go to a different store. The store manager was about the most unpleasant and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I asked to price match and was given a very difficult time about it. As soon as I told him I’d be happy to take my business elsewhere his attitude became even worse but decided to honor their corporate policy. Went to get “fit” and all this included was them suggesting a couple of clubs. I hit them and left. Knowing that I had played the clubs I wanted I went back the next day to purchase. Staff acted like I was a nuisance and that my business didn’t matter. When I asked about different shafts, the salesman shrugged his shoulders and walked away. When hitting wedges, I was told it didn’t really matter how I was hitting in the simulator as real world is all that matters. Their total lack of knowledge was astounding. Against my better judgement, I decided to give them my money as I really wanted the clubs.
Terrible experience! Golf balls were supposed to be on sale. They charged me full price. When my son went to exchange them and he didn't have a slip, they wanted to give him 5. Very pompous owner. Another few customers lost.
Awful customer service. The manager had a bad attitude and acted like he didn't want to be there. He also tried to low ball me on my set of Irons that I was trading in. They were Only used for 1 season and were in nearly perfect condition, however he deemed them as "low condition". I then went to the Golf Galaxy in Burlington and got unbelievable customer service. Do yourself a favor and skip Reading and go right to the Burlington store.
