Graham from General M is the GO-TO professional to look after your rental property. He's a smart, intelligent, positive gentleman with an exceptional focus on customer service, problem solving and solutions. I have been fortunate to partner with Graham for over 5 years. He's solved issues with haste, attention to detail and calmness. Graham works too many hours really...but that does mean that when there is a problem (weekend, late night) he will be there to take responsibility and manage the situation...always very effectively. He acts as a superb interface between the landlord and tenant, where he shoulders the responsibility of communication and problem solving. I will give this company a 10 star rating. I have been renting in different properties since 2004 but the way i have been looked after by Graham and his work force is most commendable. Graham is very professional, very kind and speaks with empathy as he understand the problem we go through. He cares for the landlord and the tenants equally and resolves the issues as quickly as possible and also updates us from time to time. He has a great team such as Rob who has come to my rescue multiple times. In times of today's competition its difficult to find such genuine caring people. My gratitude to Graham and the team for sorting us out when we are in need.

Great Management company - they do all the inventory and schedule all of the routine maintenance work. Saved me money compared to the Letting Agency. Highly recommend.

Graham has done a number of jobs for me in the last couple of years and done them very well. He makes an effort to provide solutions and has advised at times ways to solve problems that actually does him out of work rather than the other way round. I would happily reccomend Graham.
