I do not recommend this store, I bought a controller like a new one, after opening the booth, it turned out that the controller was unscrewed and one of the buttons did not work. The manager said that he had given me a new one, but after the interview he gave me another option to choose because they did not pay back for the return. I got headphones for the same price as the controller, it turned out that they are 5 or 10 pounds cheaper, I do not recommend this store to scammers !!!! I give minus 10 stars.

I love this store I bought a new game in 2019 and it’s still working today I recommend this store
They are ripping people off by selling the Playstation 5 console for 750 when it has a RRP of 450! taking advantage of the high demand and short supply. They should be ashamed of themselves I will never buy anything in there ever because of this, it's not the sort of retailer that I would want to give my money to. Totally unethical!
