Very good service locally and staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Ordered lvt on Monday morning for my kitchen and had it delivered to the store within 24 hours. I was not getting the same standard of service from the big stores. Highly recommend to try them. Will definitely use their services for my bathroom in the near future.

Asked for a quote to fit a new floor in my bathroom of a house I rent out after they fitted the rest of the house with new floors and carpets hack in October 2019. I Sent pictures and measurements but heard nothing. So went to Meadway Flooring nearby to me and they fitted the following day at a very reasonable price. Poor service from Freelance on this occasion as perhaps the job was too small for them but as an existing customer I was expecting better from them......although the October service was adequate.
