Peter and his father are wonderful to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable, review every detail thoroughly, and are always responsive regardless of the day and time. I've work with them on two home purchases and both transactions went seamlessly. Prior to being introduced to Fleming & Miranda, I've worked with three or four other attorneys. I have never felt as confident and comfortable, nor have I received the level of professionalism and care. Highly recommend them!

Peter Miranda, III represented us during the sale of our old house and purchase of our new house. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and helpful throughout the process. Peter worked well with our realtor, mortgage broker and other attorneys to ensure the transactions closed without issue. Our transactions were complex and took place while we were expecting, and shortly after having, our newborn baby. Given this timing, the experience could have been very stressful for us. Not to mention the transactions occurred during a snowstorm. Peter was patient and flexible and was available at any time of the day to answer our questions. We just purchased a home with a short closing window and Peter was amazing throughout the whole process. He was quick to respond and made all of the daunting paperwork make sense. Peter Miranda is knowledgeable about the real estate transactions and law. He takes his work seriously and tries to create value. He took time to explain the documents and language of the closing documents of our new house. I have owned a total of 4 houses, yet this is the first time that I more fully understood the details of the bank documents, such as what is the difference between percent interest and APR. Peter followed through on information that he needed to do some research on. He was clearly on our side and came up with language in the contract that benefited and protected us as buyers.
