I have to put in writing my thanks for the excellent IT service & support that Fibrefly IT has provided to my business Rosemary Bookkeeping over the last couple of years. As my business grew it became clear that my own PC & IT skills were sadly inadequate as was the way it was working! Following a check on what systems I had & the tasks I needed it to do, you recommended & subsequently installed the Workplace system, which not only ensures everything is securely synchronised & backed-up, importantly it allows me to share documents between the PC’s in the office & even to view them on my phone. More recently, you have helped with upgrading the hardware in my office, your patience in sorting out the enigma that is Sage software was admirable, all done with no fuss & minimal disruption to my business. I now have an efficient, secure IT system that is reliable & works as I need it to. Needless to say I am very happy to recommend Fibrefly IT to my clients, friends & colleagues for their future IT requirements.
