I find it very unprofessional to receive a phone call at 9PM from Mr. Smargiassi about a bill my insurance said they would be covering. He called during non business hours and asked me to make a credit card payment over the phone at 9PM! I would have appreciated a call during normal business hours to discuss the situation.
