Gave in my Matt brushed ring for resizing, they polished it to a shiny finish!!!! Didn’t apologise, nor expedite the return... in fact I didn’t get my ring back for 5 weeks!!!! Even then there was no apology or offer of compensation... never shopping here again.

Very attentive staff, we were only browsing but the lady was lovely, would return to purchase one of the items she recommended

I walked in looking for a watch and a worker there named Elliot was very kind and helpful, will come back again.

I took a piece of jewelry in to get a quote for repair, and they lost it! Didn't own up at first, just kept me waiting telling me they were very busy. I don't recommend this company's customer service.

it's ok but my wide love it there, i guess it must be good.

Very poor customer service from the manager today. My wife bought an expensive watch just less than a year ago from this shop. It stopped working so we assumed it was the battery. Took it to another, local, jewellers who said they could not guarantee changing the battery without breaking a ceramic fitting on the watch hence the visit to Ernest Jones today. We were accused of attempting a repair at the other jewellers (ie invalidating the guarantee) – how did I know it was the battery? It took a few attempts to get her to understand this was our assumption, not the conclusion from the local jewellers. Bottom line is the watch has now gone back to Tissot for repairs which will take 4 to 6 weeks: (1)\tWhy were we not warned how difficult it is to change the battery when we bought the watch? (2)\tWhy did the manager jump to the conclusion we had invalidated the guarantee? (3)\tEven if we had should she not have been on “our side”, not the manufactures? (4)\tWhy do they sell a watch that takes at least 4 weeks to change a battery?
