The service from Alex and his team in Reading has been second to none. Flooring has been great quality, and he even personally delivered glue for our flooring when the builder was giving me demands at last minute for extra glue. I would highly recommend this Company for its great personal service, which is hard to come by these days......Photos to come when house is finished!
Staff friendly and very courteous. Helpful information regarding the flooring and even worked out how much I would need for our project. We ordered the flooring and were given information to enable us to arrange for a fitter to lay the floor. Over all very pleased with the result.

Great service from this store when looking for a real wood floor. Helpful, polite and friendly staff, fast delivery and our floor is superb quality.
Great service. The showroom is good, and Alex walked us through some of the options including how to handle a step in our floor with some matching nosing. We opted for delivery to the store, which was very fast and Alex even helped us get it all in the car. Very pleased with the end result now it's laid.
