Exactly what a local professional tradesman should be! It has been a pleasure to have Darren and his team working in our home. Darren has an amazing vision & passion for his business. Polite, friendly & nothing is too much trouble, (despite the Mrs adding a few extra things!!) everything went to plan & we are over the moon with the transformation of our bathroom & en-suite. Even through challenging times, observing social distancing & PPE we felt very safe & it has been very reassuring. Highly recommend! Thank you DJP!

It started well and full of enthusiasm. However after 6 weeks, the jobs were not all complete and he went off on another job. We had to get other trades in to complete, at considerable extra expense. I think he underestimated certain aspects of the works and dealt really badly with things at the end and also caused tension with some neighbours. Also we have not received an itemised invoice so no idea what he's paid himself and what was materials. When you contact him for sales he's super prompt. When instead you chase him to resolve problems, he won't get back to you, even just to acknowledge and will leave you having to chase for ages and wonder if he's ever going to reply. Real pity cos the workmanship and quality was of very high standards and deserving 5 stars. He will listen to you and say he will make it happen and makes you feel, rightly, at the centre of it all but then once time runs out and he's under pressure, any request you have or reminder of what he said he was gonna do becomes an inconvenience and you start feeling like a nuisance instead. Could have been great but It all soured at the end.
Friendly professional and reliable service. Doesnt cut corners, meticulous and high quality work, very experienced, gives sound advice on design and goes the extra mile. The great service continues after the work is complete for any questions or snags. Highly recommended.
We have recently had our kitchen refurbished and were very impressed by the level of service provided by Darren. He was extremely thorough and professional throughout the whole job and everything was completed to a very high standard. He dealt with the whole process himself, from initial design where he came up with ideas to customise units to suit our space, to doing the installation and sorting out some very minor snags after he had finished. He was very thorough and was quite happy to do some reasonably involved replumbing to make sure the finished kitchen looked as good as possible. Everything was done exactly as stated in his quote and to the initial price quoted.
