Has to be the worst shop ever. brought a Fourth Element Proteus 11 Large tall and 5 weeks later received a different cheaper wetsuit and the wrong size XXLS.No communication with me at all about delays or delivery date. Emailed and called dozen of times. Complained a week ago about the wrong delivery and missing goggles. And the answer I got from them is we need to talk to the owners. Now there is a lockdown so I sure the items I bought back in September will not come. I have ask for a refund so I can buy them in another shop. But was told its not that easy as need to talk to accounts then owners etc etc. I have included some screen shots of what I bought and what I got. worst service ever and there website is now down. If you want good service with a correct speedy delivery this wouldn't be the company for you. Just adding an update after divestyle has refused to deliver the correct item i bought and exchanged the wetsuit they sent me. or issue a refund for the goggles or that still haven't arrived. I was force to buy the another Fourth element proteus II 5mm from Divelife on Friday. Amazing the correct wetsuit arrived by UPS within 5 Days of my order. So why divestyle take 5 weeks to deliver the wrong suit. The answer is because they didn't buy from Fourth Element direct and bought it from another supplier. when Fourth Element confirmed they don't have distributors nor suppliers and deliver direct.

Note that the good reviews pre-2020 are for the old DiveStyle Ltd. DiveStyle Diving Centre Ltd is a different company owned by an former employee (Danny Stepney). The new company definitely does not respect its customers. Indeed the new company owners' management ethics and customer care is down right non-existent. I paid 780 pounds for a 5-specialty course (dry suit, nitrox, deep, wreck and underwater nav), 9 months later they only delivered the dry suit course. The owner then told me I paid the money to DiveStyle Ltd so my payment was forfeit, instead I owe him 772 pounds for the remaining courses, despite the fact that he personally cashiered my money 9 months earlier. And why only tell me 9 months after buying out the business? There is no excuse for such flagrant behaviour, as the new business takes on the liabilities of the old business, including honouring all existing contracts!
Staff very helpful. Would shop there again. Delay with order wasn't really there fault but couldn't justify 5 stars
Had my BCD and regs serviced. They were done quicker than originally planned, and when my BCD came back with a screw missing from the knife fitting, they were super helpful in finding and sending me a spare part for free. I'll definitely take my equipment there again and hopefully get to dive with them too!
I did a discover scuba course with the DiveStyle team a little while ago, great bunch of people. Very helpful and friendly. I felt so at ease (very nervous), with them, I am now currently undertaking my Open Water course with them, too. Very patient with you in the water and very knowledgeable. I know I'm in safe hands.
