Stuck with David Lloyd during lockdown. Mostly I attend classes for my 70 per month. But recently totally unable to book classes, all very busy. Useless app. Ages spent watching a “spinning wheel” then told it is full. Infuriating... Will be cancelling my membership. Sorry guys.

Very poor and disrespectful customer service. Pool is often closed for maintenance and toilet smells. Avoid showers near the toilets. Had signed a 3 months contract, on the second month knowing I would not renew it, went to the front desk to give my notice. The member of staff told me I would not need to worry about and if I want to renew my contract beyond the 3 months the sales team would contact me. For my suprise in the 4th month I got charged. I have called them and explained the situation. The manager who got my call said would talk to the referred member of staff and come back to me. She never did. After 5 follow up emails with no reply whatsoever I have called her again just to hear "our team is well trained and would never tell you something wrong. I have talked with her and she assured she never told you that". That worries me because on one hand shows how dishonest the member of staff was (twice) and on the other how they don't seem to care about their customers. I am escalating the matter. But that's a place I'll never set foot again nor would recommend it to anyone.
