This pharmacy is terribly disorganized. It appears that every customer has to wait almost 10 minutes just for a rep to find their order. There are prescriptions strewn everywhere, including in random bins all over the floor. One employee at this store actually told an elderly couple that they couldn’t receive a covid vaccination at any pharmacy in Pennsylvania in February, which is entirely untrue. I tried to explain this to the couple and the employee insisted no pharmacies were giving out vaccines to the public, when in fact Rite Aid had been doing so for weeks at that point. Today, they said they had no record of my prescription at the drive-through but when my doctor called, they miraculously found it (from the day before) and started preparing it for me.

These people working in pharmacy are so overworked and understaffed. They do a good job, but way too busy for the amount of people that use that cvs. Can wait on hold for 20 minutes before phone is answered. Getting very close to changing drugstores.

If I can give 0 stars I would. This was and the first time I used this pharmacy and the last time I do. The staff treat you like trash. They always have an attitude when you call to check if medicine is ready or not.. they send you a message saying that is ready but it is NOT. I do not recommend this pharmacy to no one. Please deserve a better service and kindness.
