Poor service. Received an email to say my item was in for collection. Went to the store on a Sunday to be told no one from the Business hub was in, and that they would not be in on Monday. Suddenly, someone would be in on Monday and I would receive a call - Nothing! Monday - try the live chat service to find out what is happening - waiting for an agent for over 30 mins. Monday afternoon went to the store - Now all of a sudden, I'm told there is delay on business orders of two or three days! This may only be a 10 component, but it has held my business back, I wanted to be be ready for Monday morning (4/1/21). Now when I try and cancel the order - which the website says I can do - Cannot find the page to cancel.

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the edifice. They've got some great quality stuff and the aisles are pretty organised so you're less likely to be confused about where to grab what you want. The extolment ends there for me. I just wish staff were a tad more friendly. It shouldn't be that hard for a job like this. They should invest in quality training of staff with regards to customer relations. All I wanted was a microwave. I hope it lasts or i might come back to reduce the stars and edit this review in total.

Purchased a DeLongi Bean to Cup Coffee machine in the sale reduced From 699 to ONLY 350 with a two year warranty. After 8 weeks and 27 spent on descaling, STILL HAS A WARNING LIGHT. After2.5 hours on hold to CURRYS HELPDESK told to go to store for replacement. GREAT, get to READING GATE, Que for 25 mins to be told NO it has to be sent back DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING NO!! NOT HAPPY Thank you for not helping. BUT HAPPY TO TAKE OUR MONEY Leaves a bitter aftertaste with poor customer service.

Shocking communication, ordered an item for click and collect, said available for same day collection, waited 2hrs, no order confirmation, no update of progress so called them, only to be told the store had cancelled the order, no reason, no communication. I then receive an email 6hrs later saying the order had been cancelled, again, no reason. Sort your systems out to accurately communicate to customers of order progress, it’s not difficult. You do not have high volume store sales so accurate stock file info is not challenging. Really needed the item fast, was left with no time to source another one for same day.

We went to the store to look and ordered a Samsung washing machine that was delivered promptly the week after. The service in the store was very prompt and the assistant was knowledgeable. The ordering process was equally fast and efficient but the delivery men came into the house with dirty muddy boots and left marks all over the hall carpet and on the kitchen floor. This was inspire of our request to take off the shoes or put some cover on their dirty boots. They pretended that they did not understand us and that they had not got enough time. Much later in Jan 2020 visited the outlet with a view to purchase a new laptop. The service and attention given by the staff was excellent. Especially Effs who helped with our existing lap top issue and resolved it within minutes at the Know How counter. His knowledge and mannerism were of the highest quality.
