I purchased a CP play structure 17 years ago, moved it once, treated the wood only once (about 12years ago). The kids are grown but on occasion it got some use, it creaked it showed its age so we took it down today it took 2 adults rope and a car, 5 hours a socket wrench, sledge hammer, axe and a saw. The thing was in believably solid. I believe if we had taken care of it, it would have lasted til the next generation
