Doing their best with limited resources. Expect waiting times of ten to twenty minutes as no appointment system in force. No parking nearby but easy access by bus
Drop-in can take some time to be seen and I've been signposted to other charity organizations for help as it saves time. I've recieved most help with understanding my legal standing regarding issues with council, benefits, tenancy rights - they can assist me with this but was signposted as to avoid long wait times as this is a public drop-in service.
Very helpful staff and the wait wasn't to long either considering I was there at lunch time waited around half an hour.
Lovely people very helpful, tip get there as early as possible opening time to avoid big ques.
