Have used Theo twice, seems nice enough and did a decent job, but on second job he put together a flat pack and cracked a panel. Left without mentioning. Quoted and charged full day rate despite knowing jobs would only take a couple of hours. Understood he had to travel and charge full day rate to make worthwhile, but not transparent about it damaged the shelving (made worse by dashing off without raising it)
