Boyfriend and I building up our collection and one of the games was clearly cracked. Yeah it's only 50p but I've not been able to find this anywhere and I used to play it as a kid so was buzzing to play it. Then we've brought some games in the normal cases and they've put platinum editions in there which are worth less than half the value of the original. So annoying and bloody useless. For a game shop they have no idea how to value items or how to take care of the games as they put stickers on the paper.

Wanted to trade in my old phone and graphics card (amongst other things). When I returned to collect the money after they had tested the phone, staff told me that they wouldn't be taking the phone as it doesn't charge; as this photo demonstrates, it clearly does. When i returned home and opened the box to take this photo I also found that the charging cable was missing. They also told me the graphics card wasn't working after 10 minutes of testing when i had stress tested it at home the day before - I'll test it again but there is no reason it shouldn't work. Disappointed as I've always had good experiences with the Camberley branch.
