Very unprofessional i know we are in a Pandemic but i call the lady on the phone at 11:30am and the lady told me you can come and drop off your paperwork any time 1:00pm and at after that I got there at that time 1:00pm to to drop it off so I called to drop off my paperwork so i know I can’t go in so then she tells me no you can’t can’t drop it off or leave it and pick it up tomorrow he is busy has a lot of paperwork to do so am like why didn’t you called me earlier and say that threw the phone instead of wasting our time like come on am in front of the building outside and you tell me come tomorrow so unprofessional. I been going for a couple of years and this never happened to me until now and not the type To be righting bad reviews but you are doing wrong I have to express my self as well as you are doing right.

Sounds like a rooster and hen convention when you go in there lunch time second floor how is this place helping people again? Am I paying for these services hell why not turn it into a bingo outing or GED Center, sounds more like disabling the elderly and what's with these grown men & couples going in there trying to get free stuff slash services
There are some great organizations in this building. CFF is every helpful. They have helped my family out a lot over the past few weeks.
