Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Josh was very calm, reassuring and understanding in what was a stressful move in terms of time delays due to the COVID pandemic. Packing and unpacking service is worth every penny, takes so much stress out of the move and we didn’t have to lift a finger. We had a lot of fragile items - not one single breakage in a 270 mile and 3 day move. The moving team were very friendly, helpful and professional. We would not hesitate to highly recommend them - thank you Josh and your team for making our move such a smooth experience at a very reasonable cost.

Josh and his team were excellent. They arrived promptly, they were very careful packing and disassembling furniture, the team were also very courteous and nothing was a problem to them. They were also very good on being Covid aware ensuring there was not too much contact with the property owner on the day to keep everyone safe.

Josh and the team were fantastic from initial contact all the way through to completing our move. Our questions were answered promptly and the survey was undertaken and quote produced very quickly. We opted for their packing service and this was definitely worth the money. They packed everything really well, all the boxes were well labelled so we were able to find things in our new property. The guys who did the packing and loaded and unloaded the vans the next day were very friendly and courteous and made me and my wife feel at ease. They made the whole process go amazingly smoothly. We used Caversham Moves for our recent house move. I was really impressed with the service. They were patient and understanding with the changes to our completion date, they made us feel a lot more relaxed about the whole process, they dealt superbly with the problems that arose on the day - when the house we were moving to were unable to get out in time, they made arrangements to complete our move the following morning. The stuff was also beautifully carefully packed and labelled, which has made unpacking so much easier. I would definitely recommend their services.
