Trying to get hold of maintenance, I have called each day this week and on hold for ten minutes plus each time and still can’t get through. Not to the first time bad service from catalyst maintenance. Sent emails no one ever responds

Waited a whold day for a maintance man to come fix a tap. Never came, never answer the phone or reply. The tap has been broken since 14th Feb
