Absolutely appalling service. They managed to send out not once but twice the incorrect length of carpet. Then because the phones aren't manned the fitters couldn't even get in contact with the store. Had to go to head office and even then the service was poor. The fitters were decent enough.

This is the most unreliable company I have ever come across. They will take your money and not deliver and when they call you that your order is in, you have to drive across the country to various locations to collect bits of your order like I had to collect underlay from the Majeski branch, boxes of laminate flooring from Newbury and Z& T bars from Oxford Road. By the way, when you turn up, the branch has absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Then I was told to go to the Isle of Wight branch for something else. These are a group of jokers. Avoid them at all costs especially if you're doing a new build project like I was.
