Food is always good, but the wait at the drive through is usually pretty long in the evening (COVID-19 has had an impact on wait times at many places, this is no exception).

This picture says it all. The sandwich was cold, 1/2 slice of bacon, and waited in the Drive-Thru line 11 minutes with only one car in front of me to get this crummy sandwich.
The food was ready quickly but I ordered through the mobile app. When I got to the window I was told they were out of onion rings. They wanted to know if I wanted an extra order of fries. I told the lady I didn't (I think there fries are gross). She told me she didn't know how to do a refund. So I was charged for food I didn't receive and they had no good substitutions. My suggestion is to order and wait they have run out of stuff a lot lately. And if there isn't a substitution you like you are out of luck.
Nice place to get fast food. I don't go everyday but the staff is very nice and make thinks easy and smooth
Updated: So so. It's burger king. Better than McDonald's but no where close to Chick-fil-a. Food is always warm at the best never hot like it should be.
