Just wanted to thank the Bracknell Glass Ltd team for the experience today. The engineer was a gentleman and was very thorough with the work at hand. Given my previous experience trying to fix our large 7ft tall window elsewhere, I was delighted with his level of professionalism and could see he is passionate and skilled in his work. Thanks for getting this all sorted before Christmas. My apologies that I did not get the engineer's name.
