Easily accessible forecourt, decent shop for a bit of food shopping or if you need to pick up some wine or beer at short notice. As it's a BP you can download the app and pay from your car, much quicker than queueing when busy, not really worth using when its quiet though as the app takes a bit of time to unlock the pump.

Very, very slow service
I just put petro to my car and an employee refused to sell a lottery ticket. Very poor customer service.
Diabolical. I was just in there and I was in the middle of a queue of 8 people with 1 person on the till while another one was standing there doing paperwork. After 6 mins I kindly advised the lady that there are 8 people waiting and asked if she could please open another till for us. I was told no because she said it was the end of her shift. I then told her to forget her shift and serve the people patiently waiting. She then huffed her way through 3 people before she got the me. The same 3 people that thanked me by the way. My card was declined 4 times and she advised me to wait at her colleagues till. Her colleague had been stressing for the last few minutes because she pressed the wrong button and froze her till. Another lady finally came out and began serving me then my card declined again to which she advised that my particular Bank’s cards weren’t working this evening. I asked if she had put signs up, to which she said no. I said that it might be a good idea to put signs up for customers when there’s technical issues so no-ones life is wasted. I also told her that she should tell her other colleague this, the one who neglected to tell me. I was in there for a total of 15 minutes, a customer queue of 11 people both laughing and huffing through shear disbelief and multiple cars queued in the forecourt all because of horrible customer service and plain ineptitude. NOT GOING THERE AGAIN.
Car wash is pretty good and excellent value when using platinum card. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Subway food is very nice, but avoid breakfast.
