*AVOID STORE AT ALL COST* Tried to upgrade phones and they messed up the activation. They got my account locked in Boost Mobiles servers. Went back to try and fix this issue and they tried to charge me 40 to fix their mistake. Absolutely insane. Not just an angry customer, I could be you. Seriously, avoid this store.

Greedy employees... I called to ask if they had 3 phones in their inventory so I could switch my service and buy all 3. They did so, I headed directly to this location. After getting there I started the process of switching and I was told I needed to pay 450 plus tax. Each phone was only 50 each, 25 activation, and 100 for the monthly bill. I asked \why is it so much?\. They then broke down the bill... They added a screen protector and case for each phone. I told them I don't want any of that. They then proceeded to tell me that if I don't buy them I needed to pay ANOTHER MONTH. So then, I'd be paying 2 months ahead. The employee specifically told me that it is BOOST MOBILES POLICY to buy the extras or pay the extra month, they do it to prevent fraud. How does buying screen protectors or paying 2 months of service protect from fraud? I proceeded to call Boost's Customer Service. It's NOT POLICY!!!
