Disappointed. Went in to have a key duplicated for a 2020 Silverado and was told no one, not even the Chevrolet dealership could cut my key because I purchased the blank on Amazon... Then went to Chevrolet and they cut the key for 11.00. Definitely won't use Berks security for anything....

These guys are great. Dennis has helped my neighbor & myself a few times when we were locked out of our homes. Hes amazing...took him maybe 5 mins to get in! Highly recommend.
I believe they are one of the oldest Locksmiths in Berks County and with that comes experience. I/we have all our security work handled through Berks Security. Great to deal with.
Great place to have keys made for older doors and odd sized lock keys etc. But the hours suck. Closed on the weekend and only available when everyone else is at work. Can’t take off work just to have keys made.
